Digital products: all sales are final

Because our guides are digital products delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is complete.

Download problems

If your file will not download, will not open, or appears damaged, email us at legacyfirst2025@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a working copy or a new download link.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged more than once for the same guide, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order numbers and we will refund the duplicate charge.
